5 Payments and Billing

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible services. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Setup fees are non-refundable. Please contact our support team to initiate a refund request.

5.5 Wallet Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are typically processed within 4-8 hours.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after admin approval.
• Verification: We may require verification documents for large transactions.
